Rights & Distribution

As the Artist

  • I retain all rights to a commissioned work

  • I may display the artwork on any of my online platforms and galleries

  • I may use the artwork for prints or other merchandise (i.e. within an artbook)

As the Client

  • You may display the commissioned artwork online, as long as I'm credited.

  • You may resize and/or crop the artwork to use as an icon

  • You can not remove or obscure my signature

  • You can not edit or alter the artwork any other way than listed above or discussed previously

Payments, Refunds, & Cancellations

  • Payments are via Paypal.

  • All commissions are to be paid in full upfront unless discussed and agreed upon previously

  • If you wish to cancel a commission that I have not yet started, you will be refunded in full (minus Paypal fees)

  • If you wish to cancel a commission that I have already started, the amount I refund will be based on how much work I have already completed for you

  • I will not give full or partial refunds for completed commissions under any other circumstances.

Progress Images & Revisions

  • Progress images are only given on commissions that are $40+. I generally will send one after the commission has been sketched up and/or whenever I want to confirm the commission looks correct so far.

  • If I have made a mistake on your completed commission due to an error on my part, I will fix it free of charge.

  • If I have made a mistake on your completed commission due to misinformation, I might charge a fee to fix it.

You can contact me through any of my social medias to inquire about a commission (I suggest you contact me through Instagram because I'm more active there), or email me at [email protected]

Please be sure to put "commission" in the email title, or in the first message you send, so it doesn't get overlooked.

Below is a helpful form to fill out to make sure I get all the necessary info for your wanted commission:

Your Social Medias: (ie your username for Instagram, DA, Twitter, etc. so I can tag you if I post it to that site. Optional.)

Your email: (so I can send the final piece to you)

Commission Type: (ie sketch full-body, art style 02, grab bag, etc)

Character Reference Image(s):

Character Description/ Personality: (Just a few lines so I can get a feel of the character. Can also link to a character profile)

Any Additional Info: (Pose, expression, props, background colour, etc. This is where you describe how you'd like the character drawn!)

when sending the full resolution of the final commission piece, I'll send it through your Gmail, if you refuse for me to send it through your Gmail. I'll either send it to DA or Twitter. (i highly recommend you, for me to send the finished piece to Gmail. (to me) Gmail has a higher quality then DA (the 2nd suggested) & Twitter (least suggested platform to send the final piece)

Minimal Characters that I could draw is 3

you either pay in full upfront or 50% now and the other 50% later (I'll ask you the other 50% when I'm done colouring your piece).
